It's noticed that HBase health status is showing red when in fact HBase Master was up.
HostRoles/state for HBase Master was STARTED, but its ha_status was incorrectly reported as "passive". Since we are not supporting multi HBase Masters yet, UI should ignore the ha_status field when computing the service health.
