Andre, you should be working off of trunk, and adding ACCUMULO to the
1.3.0 stack (as that is the latest version that works on trunk).
Just FYI, there are references to the Hadoop 2.0 stack in trunk, but
that is not expected to work yet; branch-1.4.0 is the active branch
for Hadoop 2.0 work.

HDP vs HDPLocal will likely be consolidated and removed in the future,
but for now, please add ACCUMULO service definition to both.
