This will be corrected in next rev.  For reference, the content of the missing page is:

Disable PackageKit

On the RHEL/CentOS installation host, open /etc/yum/pluginconf.d/refresh-packagekit.conf with
a text editor and make this change:

 enabled=0

Usually not necessary in SLES.
