Auto-expanding textareas don't quite expand far enough in Chrome. In FF, it grows by exactly the height of a line, but in Chrome, it grows slightly less, so a long message will eventually have the top of the message cut off.

Additionally, the field on a new ticket form doesn't allow vertical resizing.
