You could do something like this:
    RenderingContext rc = RenderingContext.getCurrentInstance();
    Skin skin = rc.getSkin();
    if (skin != null)
    {
        Icon icon = skin.getIcon("af|selectManyChoice::dropdown-icon");
        if (icon != null)
        {
            Object url = 
icon.getImageURI(FacesContext.getCurrentInstance(), rc);
            return url;

        }
    }
