Trinidad ignores         doctype-public="-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN"
        doctype-system=" http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd"
and still generates TRANSITIONAL XHTML
