I want  for one legacy JSP use: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 
4.01 Transitional//EN"> (without dtd part)

It can be achieved with "disableStandardsMode", but I want it for one 
JSP only.

Can it be done?
