The only difference between my environment and yours is that I am using JDK 1.5.0_06. Will
try with this version and see if that helps.

Here is my environement

D:\Apache\ADF\adf-faces>java -version
java version "1.5.0_07"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.5.0_07-b03) Java HotSpot(TM) Client
VM (build 1.5.0_07-b03, mixed mode, sharing)


AND maven in version 2.0.4

Can you check your JDK ?
(maybe this is the bothering guy)
