File be/src/exec/parquet-column-readers.cc:

PS6, Line 1071: if (PageContainsTupleData(current_page_header_.data_page_header.encoding))

That would reintroduce one of the problems I was trying to solve - the need to synchronise
release of I/O buffers between different column readers. The big simplification in the current
approach is that each column reader can immediately free the previous I/O buffer as soon as
it needs to advance to the net data page.
