Patch Set 1:


PS4 implements dynamic logging changes to the backend (equivalent to setting --v on the fly)
and also the "reset" functionality for both log4j and the backend. That resets the logging
state as per the user defined values at the startup.

Also, I'm looking for some suggestions on cosmetic changes to the log_level web end point.
As of now it works, but looks pretty basic (like it is designed by someone who just learnt
HTML :D). So that needs to be improved as well.

I agree with your point that having a visual feedback is much more easy to the end user. For
now I've implemented the "reset" functionality. Still need to look into log4j if there is
a way to get all the overrides.
