Core dumps and minidumps / breakpad should be orthogonal, so enabling/disabling one won't
interfere with the other. Policy-wise I don't think we made any effort to disable core-dumps
in dev environments. I would assume that's mostly because they contain more information and
these systems are well connected, so collecting and transferring them isn't that much of a
concern.
