Lars Volker resolved IMPALA-5424.

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: Impala 2.10.0

IMPALA-5424: Ignore errors when removing minidumps folder

On developer machines it can happen that /tmp/minidumps does not exists
when test_minidump_relative_path gets executed. In this case errors from
rmtree should be ignored.

> test_breakpad.py::test_minidump_relative_path() can fail in L189 when /tmp/minidumps
does not yet exist. The fix is to ignore errors in that call to rmtree. I will push a change
shortly.
