> If you start impala cluster with no scratch dirs, disable spill would be set to true
inside BufferedBlockMgr and should prevent it from trying to write to disk.
> To reproduce :
> 1.run impala using :
> $IMPALA_HOME/bin/start-impala-cluster.py --impalad_args="-scratch_dirs="
> 2. run query as:
> SET max_block_mgr_memory=64m;
> select o_orderdate, o_custkey, o_comment
>       from tpch.orders
>       order by o_orderdate ;
> this throws error message : "No spilling directories configured. Cannot spill. Set --scratch_dirs
or see log for previous errors that prevented use of provided directories"
> which it encounters when it tries to allocate scratch space which should not happen.
