Tim Armstrong resolved IMPALA-1776.

    Resolution: Cannot Reproduce

I tried to reproduce this with a couple of simple queries like select * from functional.alltypes
but they all showed 100% completation. I added a limit and got <100% but that seems like
it's the intended behaviour, since the query completed before finishing all scan ranges.
