Yes, it possible.

You can load IgniteConfiguration throw Ignition.loadSpringBean [1]
method.
After it you can modify result if you want.

Please, look at example:

```
final String cfg = "modules/yardstick/config/ignite-localhost-
config.xml";

IgniteConfiguration nodeCfg = Ignition.loadSpringBean(cfg, "grid.cfg");

nodeCfg.setIgniteInstanceName("MyNewName");

Ignition.start(nodeCfg);
```
