I follow this page to get aiex installed on ubuntu

Below is the screenshot,

ignite@node10:/home/aiex$ export IGNITE_REST=localhost:8090
ignite@node10:/home/aiex$ npm start

I changed IGNITE_REST to other port, getting the same error.
