Hi,

NuGet is used in the blog. When using NuGet, IGNITE_HOME is not needed.
Please remove IGNITE_HOME environment variable and try again.

You can just add the following line in the beginning:
Environment.SetEnvironmentVariable("IGNITE_HOME", null);
