Hi Yuci,

It's one or another - you either use failureDetectionTimeout or fine grained
settings that you mentioned. In case you use the latter,
failureDetectionTimeout is ignored.

Having said that I would recommend to try failureDetectionTimeout first and
see how it works. Then try everything else only if needed.
