CacheManager provided in Ignite is a part of implementation of JCache (JSR
107) specification. EhCache doesn't implement this API, which is probably
the reason of the confusion.

If you just want to understand how to create an IgniteCache and start using
it, I recommend to refer to our datagrid examples [1].
