Subject Does IgniteCache.withExpiryPolicy affect existing cache entries?
Date Fri, 06 Nov 2015 17:48:17 GMT
Suppose I have a cache that has no expiry policy, and it contains an entry
"X".
If I do something like

cache.withExpiryPolicy(new AccessedExpiryPolicy(new Duration(SECONDS,
1))).get("X")
// would the "X" entry now have a expiry policy globally?

// after one second
cache.get("X") // without withExpiryPolicy
// would this be null?

cache.withExpiryPolicy(new EternalExpiryPolicy()).get("X")
// does this cancel the expiry policy of "X" globally, assuming "X" is still
there?

Would this be a good way of setting/cancelling expiry policies for certain
entries in a cache?
