1) Reference to an object is stored in Ignites custom SQL table
implementation for H2. 
2) For performance considerations it is better to have objects serializable
(or Externalizable). Serializaton method is defined by configured
marshaller. See
org.apache.ignite.configuration.IgniteConfiguration#getMarshaller
