It seems you do not have dependency to ignite-rest-http in the project that
uses GridGain. Can you provide reproducible example if I am wrong?

If ignite-rest-http module is on class path you should see the following (in
verbose mode):

..... [14:57:48,212][INFO ][main][GridTcpRestProtocol] Command protocol
successfully started [name=TCP binary, host=/127.0.0.1, port=11211]
[14:57:48,295][INFO ][main][GridJettyRestProtocol] Command protocol
successfully started [name=Jetty REST, host=/127.0.0.1, port=8080]

.......
