Subject Re: What is the difference between GridGain Community Editiion vs Apache Ignite - at this early stage?

1. It is based on Apache Ignite.
2. It is about 1 release ahead.

The reason for the GridGain Community Edition is to provide Ignite community
with faster bug fixes. It will generally be about 2 or 3 weeks ahead of
official Apache release. It also includes the LGPL dependencies, like
Hibernate integration, or Geospatial indexing, which official Apache release
cannot have.
