I understood that this issue is about "laziness" thing, e.g. you expect that Client should
fail at first api call, not at the moment of {{Ignition.startClient(...)}}. Correct me if
I'm wrong.

There is no point, this is the bug (IGNITE-11599) :) It have already been fixed and targeted
to Ignite 2.8
