I have reduced test execution time four times.

About a lot of warning: Yes, this is supposed behavior, because it the test blocks rebalancing
procedure, until {{GirdClient}} has not connected.
I modified timeout ({{SystemWorkerBlockedTimeout}}) for to hid warnings.
