Currently, streaming could be enabled only with the {{set streaming on}} SQL statement. Add
connection string attributes, so the connection is opened with active streaming mode.

Suggested attributes list:

{{- streamingFlushFrequency}}

{{- streamingPerNodeBufferSize}}

{{- streamingPerNodeParallelOperations}}

{{- streamingAllowOverwrite}}
