Hi [~vladisav], this ticket appears dormant for over 5 months now and I would like to assign
it to myself and try implementing this feature. If you would prefer to keep it for yourself,
please let me know.

The reason why I picked it among other ML tickets that are currently opened is I checked current
feature set in Ignite ML Grid and this one looks like quite a desired feature because it would
nicely complement linear regression that was integrated per IGNITE-5012.

I plan to start working on this in a day or two from now, after I complete IGNITE-5535.
