There is {{IDataStreamer.AddData(ICollection<KeyValuePair<TK, TV>> entries)}},
which is not consistent with other APIs like {{ICache.PutAll(IEnumerable<KeyValuePair<TK,
TV>> vals)}}.
{{IEnumerable}} is more user-friendly, avoids huge collection allocation, etc.
