Vladimir,
We are using Visual Studio 2010 toolchain so we should look at this page instead: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/26td21ds(v=vs.100).aspx
As you can see, 64-bit versions of atomic increment and decrement functions are not available
in our case.

Also, I have added specific pragmas to be sure that intrinsics and not a functions are used.
