Assuming MyParameters is some object passed as a parameter object, and
that myOuterList is a property of MyParameters:

<iterate property="myOuterList" ...>
  <iterate property="myOuterList[].myInnerList"...>
    #myOuterList[].myInnerList[].myProperty#
  </iterate>
</iterate>
