Hmmm... RefCursors might be defaulting to the FastResultSetHandler, which
doesnt' load relationships.  Should be a simple fix.

Unfortunately I'm without my computer (no way!) right now.  If anyone's
interested in why you should never buy Lenovo, let me know.  ;-)
