This is the JDBC proc for the same 



		    CallableStatement stmt = conn.prepareCall("call TEST_SP(?,?)");
		    stmt.setString(1,"asdhk");
		    stmt.registerOutParameter(2,Types.VARCHAR);
		    stmt.execute();
		    System.out.println(stmt.getString(2));
