It's not the problem with the log file encoding.

It's something is the connection between ibatis and mysql

Which means that I receive rubbish.

What can I do to handle it?

My browser reads Hebrew all right (I wrote something in struts and I see that the messages
that I get back for the user are in Hebrew)
