ACTUAL_DAYS <![CDATA[ <= ]]> EXPECTED_DAY
or
ACTUAL_DAYS  "&.l.t.;.="  EXPECTED_DAY  (remove points. i used them because
it 's automatically converted <=, so you can't see what i mean.)

these two should work. (also "&.g.t.;" for > )
