Yes, I tried like this:

<insert id="xxx" parameterClass="xxx">
	create table if not exist #temp  
	(  
	...		  
	)
		
	INSERT INTO #temp
	(...)
	VALUES(...)
</insert>

But it doesn't work. 
I looked in the documentation, but I didn't find a tag like "<create id""
...>
