Just to clarify for everyone, we do use the mailing list to support iBATIS
in Action as well.  99% of the questions asked will be as relevant as any
other on this list.  Just think, you now all have exclusive access to the
book sample source...   ;-)

In any case, the best way to deal with questions that shouldn't be on the
list is to ignore them.  Even a single response immediately doubles the
problem.  If someone repeatedly starts threads that are inappropriately
clogging the list, then we'll take care of it.  Otherwise, avoid shutting
them down...someone might actually want to help them.
