Thanks Ben but that doesn't solve the problem. 
http://ibatis.apache.org/dtd/sql-map-2.dtd is still there. See the 
problem is that EVERY thing work just fine with 2.1.5 but not 2.1.6 and 
2.1.7 for JUnit. All versions work just fine for web applications.
