You can do something like:
   <select id="someStatementName" remapResults="true"
parameterClass="java.util.Map" resultMap="someResultMap">
      <![CDATA[
      select * from $RuleTable$ where RULE_ACTIVE=1 
      ]]>
   </select>

Then just treat "RuleTable as any other parameter you need to set.
Notice the remapResults="true" is required.
