   Actually we are planning to handle only COPY_ON_WRITE storage type in phase-1. This was
discussed here (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HUDI-288?focusedCommentId=16986264&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels%3Acomment-tabpanel#comment-16986264).
