And how did you discern as much? Did you enter this directory manually during the MSI package installation? You need to be creating your documents (e.g., index.html) in Apache's so-called "document root". If you examine "conf/httpd.conf" (this file should be in your Apache program directory), you should find the "DocumentRoot" directive a couple hundred lines into the file. This is the directory to which you need to be adding your own files. Also, are you browsing to http://localhost only? Or are you specifying a file, like http://localhost/my-file.html?
