Tried this but it causes a 500 error.  Any ideas where I am off?

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule (.*) /site_mysite_com/$1/index.cfm [L]
