Did you add " Options +FollowSymlinks " to

       <Directory /var/www/web1/web/>
               Options Indexes MultiViews FollowSymLinks Includes ExecCGI
               AllowOverride None
               Order allow,deny
               allow from all
       </Directory>

section?
