I think there are a couple on the web..
..but.. really, if you use mod_rewrite, you should know what it's
doing - and essentially, the basis of mod_rewrite is.. REGEX.

Finally, if you're having trouble figuring out what's going wrong
try using the RewriteLog.

and following how to efficiently use it
