When you view your logs in cPanel, you are seeing the lines from the main log file that cPanel has decided "belong to you". As far as I know, cPanel has a single apac= he access log that it uses for all users.
When you view your logs= in cPanel, you are seeing the lines from the main log file that cPanel has= decided "belong to you".
