did u try mod_rewrite?
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /YOURSCRIPTPATH/index.php/$1 [L]

You can use locationMatch or .htaccess files:
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^(/js|/imgages)
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /YOURSCRIPT.php/$1 [L]
