Haven't tried it myself, but maybe look into Icecast.  It will stream ogg-t=
heora (open source).  Don't know about other formats.  But with other forma=
ts you potentially have licensing issues.  Or not, depending on how you're =
producing your videos.

Anyway, Icecast is also open source & free and may suit the bill.  On other=
 lists I've seen good reports about it...
