Yes of course.
Maybe try this

<Location /noauth>
PerlFixupHandler "sub {   \
use Apache2::Const qw(:common);
   my $r = shift; \
   $r->user(undef); \
   return Apache2::Const::OK; \
}"
</Location>

Note : that's really rough, and I haven't tried it. Use at your own 
risk.  Let me know though.

Or just use a custom "index.php" which unsets this
