Each directive lists the 'AllowOverride' that pertains to it:
RewriteRule Directive
Description:	Defines rules for the rewriting engine
Syntax:	RewriteRule Pattern Substitution [flags]
Context:	server config, virtual host, directory, .htaccess
Override:	FileInfo
