I am installing new package but I am getting error message as listed
in my initial post.

 $ rpm -ivh httpd2-2.2.11-5.2.1.1.rpm
 Preparing...                ########################################### [100%]
        file /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd2 from install of
httpd2-2.2.11-5.2.1.1 conflicts with file from package
httpd2-2.2.6-2_0_2_0
