Isn't it possible the router doesn't know how to route the inbound request from the internet
IP? Most/all routers have a configuration interface accessible via a browser.  If you can
get to the configuration, make sure that port 80 is open, and that the router is forwarding
the request to the machine with the .100 NAT address...

It's a limitation of many home routers that you can't use your externally routable IP address
from within the LAN.
